We hate surprises and know you do too, so we tell you up-front, shipping is free for orders over $50.00 unless noted. A flat $4.00 shipping charge is added to orders less than $ 50.00.

  • The Ladybug company was founded in 2001 in Greenfield Indiana.
  • We originally created and sold decorative soaps and gift baskets.
  • 2004 saw the introduction of specially selected products for you and your home.
  • In 2009 we introduced our line of freshwater pearl jewelry and watches.

Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with what you purchase from us.  In the unlikely event you wish to return a purchase, we will happily refund your purchase price and any shipping charges we billed you for.  We will also refund up to $4.00 of your cost of shipping it back to us subject to the following provisions:

  • You should contact us by e-mail and obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
  • You need to include your name, full address and phone number, and the reason for the return in the e-mail.
  • Undamaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days of placing your order.
  • Merchandise must be returned in good re-saleable condition with all included materials.
  • Damaged items returns require an explanation in the request for the RA number
  • You have 10 days from the date your order was placed to request the RA number.
  • Item(s) must be promptly returned within 10 days from issuance of the RA.
  • Damaged returned merchandise will be inspected, and it will be our determination whether to replace it, refund your money, or deny your return.
